Steve Legg became involved in Bridport & District MCC around 1967 helping to set out scramble courses, then became a trials clerk of the course and was club chairman for many years.

Steve led many trials working parties and was a major part of the team when Bridport & Weymouth MCC – jointly promoted with the Sunbeam MCC the 1993 Southern Experts trial.

Steve has recently created a group of ‘Old Dorset Triallers’ who meet once a year for a natter about old times and a beer! Steve was really chuffed with his Trials Guru VIP cap and regards it as an honour – we hope he will be wearing it at our next Old Dorset Triallers gathering.

The youngest of the Lejeune brothers, Eric is now officially a Trials Guru VIP! Welcome to the club Eric!

Eric’s first world championship event was in the USA at Watkins Glen in 1984 as an 18 year old. His best result was on home turf in Belgium in 1985 when he was fifth.

The well known German photojournalist, Rainer Heise is now a Trials Guru VIP. He received his red cap, following the publishing of the recent Gustav Franke article. Rainer for many years contributed to ‘Trialsport’ magazine.
