It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Sadler aged 61 years from Harrogate, North Yorkshire, owner of Acklams Beta Limited and Harrogate Van Centre Ltd.

Paul had been a large part of the trials scene for many years, being a rider and dealer, latterly specialising in the Beta brand imported by John Lampkin.

Paul was a great supporter of the sport and the Acklams van could be seen with bikes on display at many major events in the UK.

Paul built up a customer base spread throughout the country.
